If your placement in work is difficult due to personal problems, you will experience a particularly intensive form of support through the job center’s employment-oriented case management. The personal support in case management accompanies you in questions such as:

• family or social problems
• Indebtedness
• Addiction problems
• imminent loss of the apartment

Case managers are specially qualified for their task. Together with you they try to find ways to reduce the problems with the long-term goal of achieving integration into the labor market.

Case management support is ensured in all 3 locations of the job center so that you can use the offer close to your home.

In order to significantly improve the chances of integration, it is often necessary to involve other partners and their offers of help for support.

The employees of the local debt counseling centers, addiction counseling centers or the psychosocial counseling centers are also available to support the case management.
