Employment opportunities (AGH) are public employment promoted by the job center with the aim of reintegrating long-term unemployed people into the labor market. Job opportunities must be additional and in the public interest. This is to avoid that regular jobs are displaced or the creation of new ones is prevented.

The aim of the job opportunities is to find your way back to the regular job market in a protected environment and with special care.
