Adolescents and young adults under the age of 25 will benefit from their personal Advising integration specialists on possible educational pathways and personal goals.

Everyone can do something!

Some things are clearly recognizable: one completed education at work or school or at work. Together with you, we will find out the skills that are not recognizable “at first glance”.

What doesn’t work is to do nothing. The search for work is arduous, but very promising. We’ll go on a search with you. We assume your personal responsibility and we also build on your own initiative. The more intensively we sound out the job market, the faster we will be successful.

The legislature has given the advice and placement of young people a high priority. Many funding opportunities are available. For the time of the search there is unemployment benefit II instead of the income not achieved. There is no benefit for those who do not search intensively.

In difficult life situations, a case manager can offer additional help.

But there are rules of the game that you and we have to adhere to.
